“I like the flavor of this product but I use it in a 32oz cup so it gets very diluted. Also becuse of my large cup I use more than the normal amount so it's not actually a 30 Serve pouch for me (and I always run out before the next shipment is received.)”

“The taste just wasn’t for me. I couldn’t finish more than about 4 sips the first time. Next times I only added a half scoop to dull the taste some and still was not a fan. However, I do think the ingredients are good and my order arrived quickly, so if you can stand the taste then it’s likely beneficial.”
