“The only negative is that the taste isn’t great to me. I believe it does help do what it says but I haven’t been taking it long enough to say for sure. Therefore I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt for now. Hopefully the longer I taking it the taste will get better for me as I get more used to it. I would prefer if it had no taste or flavor and I just tasted the coffee itself”
