“I’m two months out from a hip replacement I’ve been active all my life I work out in the gym currently, was a personal trainer a runner a cyclist swim competitively etc. currently I have a few conditions one of them is arthritis the other CIDP that have slowed me down somewhat. I cannot accurately gauge the focus 30 however I believe the tangerine gummy bears really gave me extra focus and energy. I’m noting when I take them what I’ve eaten before or later on and gauging my activity after I take them. I would like to try some more of those!
