“I've enjoyed getting this and using it in my coffee. I can truthfully say I do feel more relaxed and focused in the morning. I do have some in the early evening as well amd do believe it helps me settle down some to sleep. Wish it mixed a little better but I work with it.”

“I'm recovering from a major back surgery and gained weight during recovery when I was forced to be very inactive. I've utilized The Good Stuff as well as a intermittent fasting program and have seen results. I was not a coffee drinker prior either so I just add it to black coffee in the morning and sip it throughout the day. Along with measureable weight loss I do feel some joint pain has improved as well. Worth a shot if you've not had success with other programs.”
