Hi Pat! Thanks for sharing this with us! I am sorry about this. It takes a little time for The Good Stuff to dissolve because of the collagen. However, it usually just requires a bit of extra stirring.
Some of my suggestions are: the Good Stuff dissolves best in extra hot drinks - coffee/tea/etc. Second, it helps to add the Good Stuff to the cup first and then pour the hot liquid overtop! We used to sell electric mixers but we are actually all out at the moment, but an electric mixer from Amazon also helps a lot!
Hopefully these tips help the Good Stuff dissolve a bit better!
