“I can only speak from personal experience with this product, but it did work for me once I had sorted the dosage! I'm 5ft 10", and 13st so pretty average size wise. The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with another around midday so I followed this and well, I was as high as a kite! It was a real caffeine OD so I reduced my dosage to 1 capsule before my morning workout and they work fine, they give me a real energy boost but without too much of a high.”

“Wow, T5 is really a powerful pre-workout supplement. It gave me such a boost and I never had problems finishing my trainings. I even started lifting heavier weights. So I can recommend T5 to anyone needed a boost in energy and increased strength!”
