“I have about a week of capsules left but I can already see improvements mainly around the hairline and new hair growth, I have included a photo of 3 week difference and you can see that my scalp is barely visible and I also seem to have more volume at the roots when my hair was usually pretty flat.
This supplement has also increased my hair growth rate speed a little bit, normally I get about 1cm of length a month but it reached that in 3 weeks instead of 4.
My hair has also stopped shedding excessively which was happening for months and you can clearly see the thinning in the before photo, now I just lose a few hairs a day which is normal.
When it comes to the rest of my hair - mid to ends, it hasn't done much except looking more shiny and conditioned, but in my experience, it won't repair damaged hair at least not from just 1 month of taking these.
I have replaced most of my other supplements with just these capsules since they include many vitamins and minerals but I do take vitamin K2 alongside these since it's not included but is a must when supplementing D3 (for this price I feel like it should definitely not have been excluded hence the 4 star rating despite good results). At least black pepper is included for the absorption of turmeric.
I have almost finished the jar but I still see more hairs showing up around my hairline and temples so I feel like the best would be to take these for a few months to see a full transformation instead of just some improvements.”

Recommended intake is four capsules per day. It is recommended to be taken with food.
Each capsule contains turmeric reishi mushroom and ashwaganda adaptogens.
It is easy to take/ swallow, and is there is no aftertaste.
I have been using this for two weeks now. I do not see very obvious effect yet, but I noticed that there is less hair fall when I take a shower.
It costs £55 at the time of this review which is not very competitive.”
