“I purchased a size 3 Fuji Competition Double Judo Gi, but I received a size 3.5 GI instead. I sent a support ticket to Fuji Sports and was assured I'll be sent the correct size. The new set arrives, and it's a size 3.5 again. This is frustrating because the packaging is transparent, and it's really easy to see the GI sizing through the plastic. They did not spend the 1-2mins to check the size of the GI before delivering it. I sent another support ticket, and I was given a call and promised that they would be looking into it. However, it's been over a month, and I have received no news. GI quality itself looks okay, but online support and customer support are absolutely atrocious. Think twice before buying from Fuji Sports.”

We acknowledge and understand that it is frustrating for you that the incorrect GI size was twice sent to you and that customer service has not been able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after a month. We apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. The warehouse discovered that there was a barcoding issue. (wrong barcode placed on item) This meant that every time they went to pick and scan the item it would read as a size 3. We have since taken steps to ensure that incidents like this are prevented in the future with better checks in place. We are always eager to hear your feedback and we also want to ensure to get our Black Belt in customer service.

“Happy with the Gi, good quality and price. Particularly price, so much more expensive other Gi's - when you need extra pairs, to rotate washing while practicing 3-4 times a week. (My son's taken it from me though as he's just getting taller than me. So still have to save for another one myself lol - again price is critical for us as I have 3 kids doing Judo too)”
