“Hi there I placed my first order was sent an email with a tracking number via the link I was sent took me to dpd and stated that my code was wrong when I called up I was told that this should have not happened it should have been another company excuse me I never sent an email with a link to track my order I was also told I would be refunded my delivery fee to witch there was no delivery fee I callled yous back and explained this to then find out my order would be delivered the following day I have emailed yous all the screenshots of the email that took me into the wrong place with the wrong tracking number so yous could be aware of this for future reference but no one has actually egnolished my email I was going to order the other 4 kitchen appliances but as for the amount of faulse information I will take my custome elsewhere”

“We had to send the kettle back because it stopped working and the toaster now only works for two slices and the other two won't stay down. So a complete waste of money. Neither one fit for purpose.”

“These products look nice, but they don't do a particularly great job. The toaster takes ages to brown, as does the kettle to boil. The toaster doesn't brown evenly either! You can see clearly that the elements burn much brighter on one side than they do the other.”
