“I ordered this iron - on arrival I took it out of its packaging to test it. As soon as I began using it - realised how heavy it was - and not easy to manoeuvre. After onevpilliw case packed the iron back up and contacted customer service explaining why I needed to return it. I was told as I had tested it they could not offer me a refund- apparently I should I realised how heavy it was and difficult to use on lifting it from the box. So I'm stuck with it- beware being drawn in by its funky design - as it's a bad design! Dont order it! There are far better irons that do a better job- only sorry I hadnt realised this until too late. No customer care.”
