“First iron was faulty, the steam function would not work. I can't be without an iron so I had to buy another one and asked for a refund but they refused saying they would arrange a pick up of the faulty one and deliver a replacement iron. Must admit that was done quite quickly. Second iron, the box was filthy, the iron worked but does look used as again dirty marks on a supposedly brand new iron so just hope it lasts! The shape and colour of the iron is lovely and trying it out this morning was pleased with the results, the steam function worked this time but is very noisey.”

“Was dissatisfied with the service as 5 days later still not received my iron. Was disappointed with the level of customer service got no response from them when I emailed a few times. BUT I have changed my mind maybe they were busy. Iron received a week later and to my joy for the inconvenience they refunded my money. Free iron happy days, would I buy this product again YES. Would I buy from them NO get the same product from Amazon maybe still supporting them but get better customer service”
