Only been using the kettle for a week but seems very good. Sturdy handle and appears to boil quickly.

I recently purchased the Grey Funky Kettle, and while it has some strong points, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Design and Aesthetics The kettle's sleek grey finish and modern design make it a standout piece in the kitchen. It has a retro charm with a contemporary touch, adding a bit of flair to the countertop. The handle is comfortable to grip, and the spout pours without any mess, which is a definite plus. Performance The kettle boils water quickly and has a 1.7-liter capacity, which is sufficient for most needs. However, one major downside is the noise level. The kettle is quite noisy when boiling, which can be a bit disruptive, especially in an open-plan kitchen. This is something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise. Ease of Use Operating the kettle is straightforward, with a simple on/off switch and an automatic shut-off once the water boils. The 360-degree swivel base is convenient for both left- and right-handed users, making it easy to place the kettle back from any angle. The water level indicator is also clear and easy to read. Durability The kettle feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials used seem durable, and the finish has held up well with regular use. The detachable limescale filter is a nice feature that helps keep the water clean and the kettle in good condition over time. The Grey Funky Kettle offers a stylish design and quick performance, but it’s important to be aware of the noise it produces when boiling. If you prioritize aesthetics and efficiency over a quieter experience, this kettle could be a good fit. However, if noise is a concern, you might want to consider other options.

Sorry to say this but don't waste your money. I paid £150 for both kettle and toaster and they are plastic!!

Lovely looking kitchen accessory but noisy, takes a long time to boil and the lid is temperamental.

I do like the look of the kettle, but I’m struggling with the lid mechanism and it is noisier than I thought it would be. I have to jab several times at the lid to get it to open, that’s annoying and disappointing because cheaper kettles have a smooth opening. Overall, water gets hot so it fulfills its function in a fairly efficient way. I was going to buy the matching toaster, but the quality of the kettle has deterred me.
