“Lovely Kettle, though the button on the lid release doesn't actually release the lid, which is disappointing for such an expensive kettle. I think that when the seal around the lid is damp the spring on the lid isn't strong enough to overcome the tension caused by the water creating a tighter seal which could be a design issue. I'm sure I'll be able to return it okay but it is a tad disappointing that it seems to have this fault from day one”

“Probably the worst kettle I have ever bought ! After reading the reviews I was so excited to get it but after using it for 4 months it is awful. It’s really hard to see how much water is left in the kettle and the filter in the spout has completely eroded and rusted away ! I wouldn’t recommend spending this kind of money on a kettle that I’m going to have to replace after such a short amount of time. Looks wise it is a lovely kettle but it hasn’t worn well and I expected it to last much longer than it has.”

“I am absolutely loving my new kettle. Holds a bit more water than previous kettle, which is great. Although it’s not light it seems better balanced so easier to hold once full. I’ll be ordering a toaster to match soon!”
