“When I first installed the lamp, my television looked great. It seemed to be brighter and sharper than with the old lamp that went out. Maybe the old lamp was losing performance as it aged but this new lamp certainly brought the television up to standards, or better. Unfortunately, the lamp failed after 3 weeks and I haven't had a chance to get back with the seller to clear the problem. The lamp sure was a good value for the money, better if the lamp would've lasted. Thanks and sorry the lamp didn't last as expected.”

“I'm very impressed with the speed of arrival time in receiving my order. My screen went black and I knew that I needed a new lamp. Got on-line, ordered and in a couple of days both of the lamps arrived. (Ordered 2) They were packaged very tight to where the lamp was not able to be damaged. ;)

“Ordered the bulb and opted for 1-2 express delivery on 29th of Dec. When I called to get an update I got attitude from the customer service department.I didn't get it until January 3rd and the housing compartment for the bulb didn't fit! Yeah it looked like my old bulb, but it was shaped different. Had to purchase another from the manufacturer. I'll never buy from here again!”
