“Bulb and housing showed up within the week as indicated. Installed it as shown on a video and projector works like new. The original bulb got 5236hrs and we'll compare how this bulb does when it finally kicks the bucket. There is a burnt plastic smell the first couple of operations, but it goes away after a couple day. All and all... I'm very happy with the service!!!”
“Paid for overnight shipping. Received 2 days later and the bulb was defective. It would just flicker then shut off. They sent me another bulb and so far it works good. Total process took a about a week. Not happy about that but they fixed the problem.”
