“Love the dress, slightly too snug for comfort so returned 7 days ago following return instructions for exchange to the next size up. Not yet had any response whereas another garment returned to another company has been replaced and returned in the same time frame. No contact to say if and when my replacement is coming which is a worry as it is needed next week”
