HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PHOTO Pet’s Face – Get the entire face of the pet/person (including the ears!) in the picture Lighting – Outside shots with natural light are ideal, especially for darker pets! Picture/Cropping – Do not worry if your picture is sideways or not perfect. Our designers will receive your full photo and will only drop your dog’s head onto the item. Picture Quality – Some things to look for in your photo before submitting are shadows on your dogs face, odd colors/grainy images/blurry images and distance from the camera. The photo shouldn’t be too close or too far away, for optimal results. Make sure the photos don’t have any filters.
