“Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase but after a mild wind storm, the awning blew off the house. It was installed properly, adhered to studs and it still blew away. I inquired about a warranty for the arms of the product (which were damaged when it blew off) and they do not cover damage caused by wind. The arms are so weak and bent very easily. I would think this is a somewhat normal happening for awnings and as such, they would do something to ensure that the arms are made stronger and the unit should withstand average wind. They did kindly offer to quote me another $91 to replace the arms that bent....insert sarcasm here....I feel like I have $500 kite.”

“I appreciate the time you took on the phone with me to answer questions and take my order. The awning arrived on time and our installer had no issues installing it. So far it is performing as intended at our coffee stand except a customer hit it with his trailer and tweaked it a bit. So we will be ordering a replacement from you in the coming weeks!”

“Awning is sturdy, easy for one person to assemble. Once installed, it looks nice and of high quality. We had some unusually heavy ice and snow this year and the awning held up with no structural damage.”
