When I received my order it was not complete. The directions were very hard to follow. The person helping me with the installation had to talk to the company's customer service and even that did not make it any easier. The canopy is up. Had to guess with a few of the precut holes and the bar in front is not exactly even. All that being said, the canopy is up and doing the job so it ended well.

Installation was a little difficult due to the overhanging roof.

Took about 45 min to install being careful measuring and insuring level. Screwing the panels together took about 20 min. I could do most of it by myself and needed an assist with the final step. Withstood heavy wind in the fall and now taking heavy Vermont snowfall - time will tell regarding durability.

Did not include enough screws to secure the awning to the mounting bracket. Relying on slight leverage to hold it in place with the bracket did not work and I had to refit and then apply screws and construction glue to secure to the bracket.

Nice little awning fun to assemble only wish I had purchased a wider one.

The boxes sat unopened for a while, until I worked up the enthusiasm to assemble and install them. The first one took a while to figure out, but the second was much faster. Crimping the slats and putting the end caps on is easier if you use a piece of wood across, near the end, to support the slats. I used a 3/4” x 1 1/4” x 48”. Also, a 2x8 lying on the work surface, at the other end gives a backstop to line up slats against it. The one thing I would like to see is plastic or metal insert to bridge the gap between sections, which you can see in one photo.
