Love my awning. It was a bit of a challenge to get the slats in correctly. If I remember correctly the directions seemed a little unclear. It took much longer than we ( hubby) thought it would. Overall I love it. I have had it installed for about 8 months now.

I paid a professional to install this because it looked like a lot, but he managed to get it up on my house with a minimum of cussing and a couple small 1x2x2 squares on the corners that we painted to match the house. We've had 6 inches of snow and the canopy did not seem distressed, so that's really all I ask for.

I have been well pleased with its construction and ease of assembly and installation. Our home has received many compliments since I added it to our garage walk-in door. I hope to be buying more as finances permit. Thank You Dale Braddock

I felt the awning should of come with better/durable hardware. The enclosed small screws were not enough to hold up the 5ft size awning. Also more info on where you should attach/secure the awning. Unfortunately after we got it up, it pulled out of the siding. After re mounting it, it pulled out again when we had a snow storm. Waiting to fix this spring. Will put up a board against the siding and screw into the studs. Then attach awning to the board.
