“I was very pleased with your product and your instructions for installing were easy to follow. If I should have an awning need in the future I will contact General Awnings. I would also be happy to recommend your company to friends.”

“After our first snow storm in December which was close to 2 feet of snow I had to call the contractor back who did the installation because the canopy got lopsided on the one side due to a screw coming loose because of the amount of accumulated snow on the top of the canopy. Two screws are not sufficient for Northeast Pa. I would suggest providing more screws in the packaging. The contractor did add additional screws and it did stay in place during later storms, however, the amounts were not as much as the December snow storm.”
