“The awnings arrived as ordered. I found the written instructions difficult to understand. Rather, I just took the time to lay the pieces out and figure out what went where. Once that was done, assembly was not a problem. The assembly hardware was all provided. I did need some additional hardware to install on my particular windows. Once installed about six months ago, they have worked well.”
