“So I bought and installed an awning over my side entrance door at my old house from this company several years ago. I was impressed with it when I bought my current home again I purchased an awning over double windows facing West. I assembled and hung it myself with an extension ladder and a rope to hoist. Made a big difference with cooling costs. All hardware and EZ assembly was a snap. Would recommend this company to anyone”

“Great awning! This is very well made and sturdy, holding up to many wind and rain storms in the months that I have had it. Customer service was so helpful and answered all of my questions, helping me to decide on the correct size for my needs. I really appreciated being able to custom order my exact measurements. I hired a contractor to install the awning for a minimal cost; it was a breeze for him to install with the very clear instructions. He did bring his own stainless steel screws to attach the awning to the window frame which I would recommend to anyone installing these awnings on their own. The price was very reasonable for this high quality product!”

“The instructions needed better drawings . Maybe color code or number the frames. All in all it went together without too much trouble. We had 50 mph winds this winter with no damage to the awning. If we do another window I’ll buy again from General Awnings.”

“We bought the 3500 series awnings for our mobile home for looks, shade, and to keep rain out of our window tracks and getting into the home. Since installation, we have received numerous comments about the awnings appearance on our home. We heard words like " makes your home look classier ". Those are beautiful. The two tone colors makes the home look elegant. We are very pleased so far with our 4 awnings purchased”
