“Delivered with zero missing parts. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy taking about an hour the first time. Mounting the awning to the home is relatively straight forward but may require some minor prepartory customization when mounting on metal siding. Plan on fabricating wood backing inserts for awning mounting points depending on how your windows are framed by the siding.
Overall family is very satisfied with the outcome. Product is attractive and reduced air conditioning load substantially from the two west facing windows to the point where the 4-ton AC unit can keep home temperatures at 70 degress during summer months in Nevada.”
“I live in Hawaii. When I found out that your awnings can not be shipped to Hawaii, I had it shipped to my cousin in CA. Then she shipped it to me. It cost me an additional $306 for shipping to the Big Island, but I bit the bullet and paid out. It is very difficult to locate merchandise in Hawaii and we rely on companies who ship. This awning is very special and we are happy with it. It holds up to the rainforest we live in and is attractive. I just wish the shipping included Hawaii. That is the only drawback.
