“The quality and construction is top notch. I bought and installed one and then bought four more. Unfortunately those four were cut the wrong length and were missing the aluminum covers, and had to be returned to the manufacturer in Maine for a redo. The General Awnings customer rep in Florida was suspecious of my claim and there was too much unecessary back and forth with him. However the manufacturer in Maine made up for that. They were very helpful, communicative and apologetic and the turnaround time was reasonable. There is a fault in the install instructions, and I needed to flip the arms end for end so the awning retracts flat against the house wall. Bottom line. glad I bought them.”
