“I am disappointed in the fit/finish of my awning. The factory rivets on both sides were not placed for a proper fit. The result is both sides of the awning do not fit flush to the wall. It stands off about an inch at the bottom and tapers to about a half inch at the top.
I would have thought these would have a better finish to them. It is in place and it functions, and shades a window A/C unit. However it would have looked much nicer had the rivets been properly spaced. I will take photos of it tomorrow and send them to you to better show what I'm talking about.”
“Nice product HOWEVER!!!, The instruction is totally useless... The pictures shown in the instruction, are wrong, old and not very CLEAR, the pictures are in black and white and not clear at all. Unable to distinguish the parts of product. So, It is up to you to put the many parts together on your own. Its a big puzzle. With time, I was able to put the parts together. No thanks to the company.”
“I am very pleased with my awning. It is well constructed and hasn't flinched in recent high-wind conditions. It comes with clear instructions for assembly and installation. I'm just a home owner and I was able to do it with help from a friend. It did seem like some of the holes I had to drill could have been pre-drilled, but that's picking a nit really. Overall, I rate this product excellent.”
“The awnings are worth the price. I had some arrive damaged but the company replaced them quickly. They are lightweight and pretty easy to install with 3 people. The instructions are not so great but once you figure out how to get one assembled then the rest are easy to assemble.”
