“Overall, this is a durable awning for an excellent price. The installation is a bit awkward and the included sheet metal screws can be thrown out and replaced prior to the project. I also recommend some kind of "brace" for the middle bar to prevent warping of the awning in the middle. See PROS and CONS below:
PROS: Excellent price, very durable after installation, holds up to the weather, maintains it look, good materials
CONS: Awkward to install (recommend two people), the included sheet metal screws strip very easily, does not have the back mount bar like the more expensive models which i feel is more secure”
“I am very pleased with the quality and ease of installation. We have have winds in excess of 60 mph and they held flawlessly. We put up 5 in about a half day on a metal building so there was some adapting to do. All in all 5 stars!”
“The awning took care to assemble - - - But I was greatly surprised that both awnings were still in place after the direct hit from hurricane Idalia - - - true the house was only 50 to 60 ft away and blocked the wind somewhat, but the wind was approx 115 mph! Good job and a really inexpensive awning!”
