The door canopy is nice. Installation instructions were good and went up in less than 2 hours. Living in the northeast the added cables were a must. The lugs cast into the brackets worked well. Vey pleased.

I was worried the unit would not be strong enough but so far it appears to exceed my expectations. It also was easily painted. As other noted it does take two sets of hands to assemble

This is what I was looking for. It took me over a year to find it but I am glad I kept searching.

Hard to get two sections aligned. Took 5 of us (older men) to hold and attach. Looks great and all positive contents.

I like the look and the price was resonable ,my only complaint would be that when it rains the water wicks around the round end of the canopy and the water hits the ground about 3 feet under the canopy. After a rain only about 1 foot under the canopy stays dry.Is there any kind of attachment that can be clipped on that would prevent this? I have another 40 foot section I would like to do if there is some kind of fix. Thanks Mike

First you have to completely put it together before installing it and that is only after you figure out how to make the rubber gadgets around the plexiglass stay on. I was hoping to piece meal it together after getting up the brackets. Now I wish I could leave out a piece of the plexiglass to access a light over it but I have discovered it is not meant to have a piece missing. I've had to think of several work arounds to make it work for me. However, it is well made and if you like the 5 ft overhang, which is why I bought it, you will be happy with the quality of the brackets and plexiglass.

The canopy is over the patio door. It took a bit, but was straightforward to assemble and install on brick. The dark gray tint fits decor subtly and blocks much sun without overkill. It only gives a few feet of protection but the streamlined look works fine for my needs.

The canopy is 5x12. Sturdy during high winds. Well constructed. Would buy again!
