“The canopy is really an enhancement ! Looks vey sharp and works terrific to keep rain and snow off stairs. My suggestion is to offer an awning with about a 6” wider “ overhang”. The normal width of my two entry way stairs and the max size means water falls on outside of stairs. My contractor figured a way to Jerry-rig it to extend from the outside wall. That’s my suggestion big time. Product quality is great. We bought and erected the second one this fall. First one is in place 5 years. Also went with clear this time. The white one looked better before it yellowed even after taking it dow and washing”
