“I found the Awning Material of good quality however the length was short. If you want to cover say 5'x 6' you need to order 5' wide by 7' long. They count the valance as part of the length (surprise) also the roll up hardware has no retraction ( like a blind) would have been so much better for operations ( especially in the wind) .
