“The awning is nice - holds up to the wind. One of the brackets slipped a bit and needed to tighten it again after week after install.
Installation instructions were not complete and needed to install the arms a second time after contacting support, and stating where the instructions were cut off and they were never updated on the website. Maybe the instructions are updated now?”
