Was to have a straight valance as I was planning to have custom lettering painted on fabric - arrived with a scalloped valance which will detract from the lettering. Was to be designed with no center support, GA staff said was possible after showing the proposed location and use.
Arrived with (ugly aluminum) center support and fabric cut to accept this center support. Unable to use as it was to be over a doorway.
After exploring all options for my needs, I chose the most expensive version and after all of the waiting, it's not exactly what I ordered.”
