“I wanted so much for this skirt to work - love the material, the cut, everything. But, oddly, the front portion just below the waist tends to balloon out slightly. The rest of the skirt has a fantastic shape, but there's something odd about the way the material bulges in that area. I had to return it. Tried the xs on sale at a retail store here, but the same "balloon" effect. And it's the material that ballooned, not the wearer! The picture/video on the website also captures this issue.”
