“I really wanted to love this sweater. I like the fit and the style and colour a lot, but unfortunately when I received it it had a very obvious loose stitch front and center, which makes it look old and worn/damaged instead of new! I expected more of such an expensive sweater. I emailed customer service about it, and never got a response. Disappointing company.”

“I love the fit of this sweater. I knew it would be oversized but still ordered a large and it’s perfect. The only thing I’d complain about is the colour. I ordered the lighter of the 2 thinking it was a ‘cream’ colour but it’s definitely more of an oatmeal colour. Which is fine if that’s what you want. This has happened to me before ordering light coloured. I still really like the sweater though.”
