“I really like the idea behind this CP. A hard shell CP that wraps around you and covers the plates so you don't snag your shirt. The fit with the wrap/curve is excellent. The protection is very good too. My only negative comment for it is that it is a bit bulkier than I was hoping it would be. I can still wear my normal sized shirt on the plate, but it is just a little larger on my chest than I'd hoped... a small price to pay for a great protector.”

“It is a nice protector, but the shoulder caps are really big. I was thinking it would be a little smaller, It is smaller then a WesVEst but bigger then I was hopping for”

“I really like this CP! I have worn it 4 times now and i think i finally have it dialed in. Hint: a looser fit works better. I umpire JUCO softball and took a really hard shot on the right chest upper arm area and this APEX protector worked like a charm!! I also like the way it curves around your torso, and it has a quality harness. It looks like some of those Belgard cp on Ebay that sell for over $500”
