Hi Marcus- I am sorry you had a poor experience. When there is an issue, we view the information provided and pass it to the manufacture for final sale items. If it is determined to be a defect we replace it. In this case, Smitty QA determined that the pinstripe colors we're accurate and denied to replace. Smitty is the only licensed manufacture for FHSAA.
