“I got hit in the toe with a low dirt ball pitch and could feel every bit of it. There no protectant at the tip of the toe area. I don’t think there’s a steal toe protectant in there. Maybe there is a design flaw. Yes it will protect you from spikes or foul balls hitted down on top on your foot but not thrown at the tip of your toes. This will hurt. Other the that the shoe looks good and feels good.”
