“Good quality!! After looking for ages for a proper coat, this one has the most secure and easy strap on. I wear it on my female american akita and although the neck is slightly tight (not more than if she had a collar on) it is a nice protection for heavy rains. I only bought it for the waterproof layer, but the fleece that comes out of it is nice quality as well.”
