We are just going to post this public reply as we have tried to contact you personally a number of times since sorting your issue. DPD had an issue with delivering to your specific location but we resent the order and your package was received by you. We are sorry for the delay in the package getting to you, but it did arrive and you were happy with your products judging from the email response we got after you received them.
