“Photo Dog Tag was received in a very timely manner. However, there there was a flaw on the photo. There appears to be a shadowy halo around his head and what appears to be a piece of black debris, makes my nephew appear to have a mole on his forehead. I didn't return the tag bcz my Niece still wanted it even with the imperfections.”
