“Liked this product, but was not happy with shipping as the sign was not packaged well, They did use air package but did not think of how to use it. Put sign in bottom of box with air pillows but did not protect ends of the sign, damage occurred on bottom of sign. Called and happy to say they will replace, Great service rep!!!!!!!”
