“Overall I'm very pleased with the product. I realized hours after placing my order that I forgot to add the dog's name. I called them devastated but to my surprise and delight they worked with me to correct my error . although, it was stated several times on their website that no changes could be made after completing the order. I'm so grateful they bent the rules. Although the height is ample, I would like the option to purchase additional extension rods to make it taller and I wish the message sections allowed for a few more words. Buster and his brother Spock were dumped in an area surrounded by a swamp with many alligators. It took 8 months of twice a day visits before they felt safe enough to approach us. We built them a house and did everything we could to make them comfortable. My BF spent 4 to 6 hrs with them every day for nearly 2yrs. We couldn't bring them home for the safety of our 6 dogs but we had begun making plans to divide our yard and give them a temperature controlled house and plenty of space to run and play. Tragically, Buster was shot and killed when we were 2 weeks away from completing the project to bring them home. We kept our promise and brought his body home to bury and we brought Spock home. Spock loved his A/C house and his canopy shaded lounge area with a fan. There's more to the story but I will stop here.”
