“I would have preferred 'retirement' to appear smaller to make the message more visible. A reservoir behind the word retirement to install a flower would have made the gift a 4+. Very disappointed the message card was left out.”

“I thought the item was made of glass, so I was disappointed when it came in and was plastic. I am happy with the engraving, it looks very nice. I am dissatisfied with the box that it came in. And I wanted gift wrap and somehow it did not show up on my order. I wasn't charged for gift wrap either, so that's ok. The delivery time was great. I just wish the description would have been more detailed.”
