“We get a new family ornament every year as per our tradition we forgot last year so ordered this one to make up for our miss in 2016. It came exactly as expected not only did it look great but it's of great quality. The ornament is heavy and very well made I was impressed. This is the first time we've ordered online and not bought personalized from an actual store so I was very pleased and will order online again!”
