“I have ordered several memorial ornaments and they are so lovely. The last one I ordered, I goofed up the shipping address. I received a phone call from Customer Service to notify the ornament was returned. She worked with me to reship. I am so unbelievably thankful for this white glove handling. Excellent service, beautiful product!”
