“Excellent quality, beautiful ornament. It was a gift and the recipient loved it. The only downside is that the photo seemed a smidge grainy and dark. Overall, I would highly recommend. Also, the customer service is top notch! The first ornament I received had a minor flaw. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent a replacement right away.”
