“I bought a reindeer family ornament last year for my niece & her family. I loved it and they thought it was adorable! When I received the ornament, it was broken, I called customer service and they replaced it with no problem, quickly. That's why I'm back this year buying more stuff. This ornament is for my 1st granddaughter and I am pleased to give it to her! When she gets old enough, she will appreciate seeing her name on the tree.”
