“I ordered this flag for my grand daughter and was wowed when I opened the box. Unfortunately someone actually stole it off of her gravesite. I was heart broken. I posted it on Facebook and someone from this website actually saw it, contacted me and sent me another one free of charge. That made my heart happy. What amazing customer service. Unfortunately it's been less than a year and it has faded badly, but I love it so very much I'm thinking of ordering another one soon. I'm going to chalk that up as just possibly a bad piece of material. I still highly recommend it.”
