“We ordered this as a Christmas gift. When there was an issue with the delivery, and it looked like it would not be delivered on time, I called and spoke with customer service. The customer service associate was courteous and helpful. She stated that because it was a gift, and she could see that delivery had been delayed, that she would have a replacement made and sent overnight. It arrived on Christmas Eve and my parents absolutely love it!”
