“Positive: Nice frame,beautiful set-up of wording, and every aspect came as requested. Negative: You cannot read it - at all. The words are NOT white as shown in the example photo, but rather tan. Unless you literately stick your face 6 - 8 inches from the glass, the words cannot be read. Its a lovely idea, but bad gift. My suggestion to the company would be to use a brighter color than tan. I will NOT be making future purchases with this company.”

“I would not order this again as the white lettering makes it impossible to read the poam. I can not return it as it is personalized. Other products I have ordered have been exceptional”

“Everything about this frame is as advertised, with the exception of one thing. The trim was gold like I ordered, the type-setting was perfect, the poem was printed just as I wrote it, all the information was absolutely correct. The beveled glass is high quality and the acrylic supports are not cheap looking, they're great. The only thing that I'm not happy about, is I can't read it for the life of me. I was expecting the lettering to be white. It's not. It's a dull tan, in my view. Had it been a brilliant white, I think it would be readable. Unfortunately the beautiful poem will never be read and no one will even see the name on it. It's just not readable. Such a shame because I so wanted something to honor the memory of my beloved pet that passed away recently. Had I known then what I know now, I would have never made this purchase.”
